1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

When you submit a form on the Site — including the contact form, line-review request form, or any gated asset request — we collect the information you choose to provide. This typically includes your name, business email address, company name, job title, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and standard server logs automatically receive certain information sent by your browser, including IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this information for security, diagnostics, and aggregate traffic analysis.

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookies and analytics section below.

Information we do not collect

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account numbers, health information, precise geolocation, or biometric data through the Site. We do not process payment card information through the Site.

• Provide requested information, sales materials, product documentation, or category analysis;

4. Cookies and analytics

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device. We use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies:

• Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function, such as load balancing and security.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.

We will verify your identity using the information we have on file (such as the email address you used to submit a form) before responding. You may also authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to reasonable verification.

Rights under the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are located in one of these regions, you may have additional rights, including the right to object to processing, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing is typically our legitimate interest in operating a B2B business, the performance of pre-contract steps you initiated, or consent where required. Michigan residents

We are a Michigan limited liability company and comply with applicable Michigan privacy laws, including the Michigan Identity Theft Protection Act.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no commonly accepted standard for how to respond to this signal, so the Site does not currently respond to it. You can still control analytics and cookies using the methods described above.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where the changes are material, provide a more prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of the updated policy constitutes acceptance of the changes.
